If for some reason you wish to make a return you have 30 days from the delivery date, and can choose between a refund or a store credit (excluding any shipping fees). The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

You can return the product for free as long as it's within 30 days from the date you received the product. The product must be returned in its original box, with all of the accessories that were included (cables, chargers, manuals etc). As long as you return the product in its original package with all its accessories, FashionIT will refund you the cost of the product and pay for the shipping label.
If your purchase included free shipping and you want a refund for returning the product, $7.99 will be deducted from the refund to cover the initial shipment cost.
