We stand behind our products! The U Speakers Limited Warranty covers your device against manufacturing defects for one year from the date you bought your product. Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and love your new U Speakers product! If for some reason you wish to make a return you have 30 days from the delivery date, and can choose between a refund or a store credit (excluding any shipping fees). The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Please contact us using the contact form below or email us at sales@fashionitmail.com to coordinate your return or exchange.

You can return the product for free as long as it's within 30 days from the date you received the product. The product must be returned in its original box, with all of the accessories that were included (cables, chargers, manuals etc). As long as you return the product in its original package with all its accessories, FashionIT will refund you the cost of the product and pay for the shipping label.

If your purchase included free shipping and you want a refund for returning the product, $7.99 will be deducted from the refund to cover the initial shipment cost.

You have a one year manufacturing warranty on all of our products. This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance or water damage.
